Rema DuPont

Rema DuPont has built a 20-year career dealing with the counter-radicalization of men and boys through research and media. Her media campaigns targeted the counter radicalization of men and boys across the Middle East, Africa, and South America. Contracts to include working with US military commands, mostly counteracting recruitment and radicalization of men and boys. Rema’s defense company has done over 20 million campaigns.

Her UK company FdL uses an interdisciplinary and multi-platform array of offerings, including grassroots civil society capacity building and empowerment, community based programs and cutting-edge information technology. FdL approaches problems using a asymmetric tools and a uniquely social anthropological perspective incorporating insights from political, social, religious, tribal and economic spheres of life.

For over two decades, Rema has been involved in various global organizations addressing violence against women and children, including as President of UN Women for Peace Association. She was instrumental in bringing the plight of the Yazidi and Christian women and children during ISIS by holding a security briefing with the UN National security council.

In 2023, Rema was awarded the leadership award from She Leads Tennessee and She Leads America as part of extraordinary women in leadership.

Following 30 year in policing, including leading London’s Human Trafficking Unit, in 2014 Kevin Hyland OBE was appointed as the UK’s first Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner serving with distinction until 2018.​
From 2020 to 2022 he worked inspecting prisons and investigating deaths in custody across Ireland.
He is on boards in the UK and the US; He is the Chair of Arise Foundation, a global human trafficking organisation, Rahab, a London-based charity supporting exploited women in communities and in prison, Arise, the Passage, a London-based homeless charity and Liberty Shared, a US-based human rights organisation that identifies human trafficking in the business sector. He is an advisor to the Council of Europe and the OSCE.
In 2018 Mr Hyland was elected as Ireland’s representative to the Council of Europe Independent Group of Experts for Trafficking.​
He Chairs the G20 Interfaith Forum and leads efforts for G20 nations to increase resources allocated to human trafficking prevention.
He leads several international anti-trafficking projects chairing the Responsible Recruitment Group of the Institute of Human Rights and Business and the Island of Ireland Human Trafficking Project and provides strategic leadership to the OSCE in producing global victim support guidance.​

John is a senior operating and administrative executive with a unique combination of Fortune 100 sophistication and non-profit humility. His career spans >25 years in financial services, including 20yrs at Morgan Stanley where his last role was as Managing Director- Global Divisional COO. 16 years in non-profit management, including COO Plan International US, and CFO the Environmental Defense Fund. Currently, John is Managing Partner at True North Advisers, a strategic advisory firm dedicated to serving the non-profit community. John’s attributes include, Strategy and Business Planning, Organizational Design, Business and Financial Analysis, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Risk Management,  Budget and Forecasting, Reserve and Investment Policy Development, Corporate and Board Governance.
